Friday afternoon, Ryan and Pastor Chris headed to Haiti. Chris is teaching a two week long class at the seminary and Ryan is spending a week getting to know the missionaries and students there and is finding out what will be expected of us when we move there.
While I wish I could be there to find out myself, I am so excited to hear that our 3 month language school was definitely worth it! Ryan is so happy to actually be able to connect with the students this time around, since he can communicate with them! And I can't wait for him to be back and teach me some Creole that I'm sure he is picking up. :)
Please pray for the two (Ryan and Chris) as they are in Haiti - pray that their visit will be fruitful and that they make it home safely! And I'd like to thank Stacey, who I know I can count on to give me updates while they are there. So, thanks Stacey! :)
